Our Head Chef Craig Dunn heads up our brigade of talented Chefs, for our award-winning Stag Restaurant.

We specialise in featuring local produce on our menus, including seafood from Lymington, Wild Mushrooms & Venison sourced from within the New Forest plus locally foraged herbs & greens. You can often see our team hand-picking herbs from our gardens! New Park offers a range of dining experiences, be it with the whole family, a romantic meal for two, or a celebratory supper with friends. 

Afternoon Tea & our Lounge Menu

We serve a relaxed & extensive Lounge menu – be it on our Terrace on a warm summer’s day, in our Rufus Lounge in front of our cosy roaring fire or even from the privacy of your own room. Afternoon Tea is a specialty at New Park Manor - ranging from a from a Cream Tea to a traditional Afternoon Tea and even a Champagne Tea for those special occasions!
