Our Head Chef leads our brigade of talented chefs in the award-winning Stag Restaurant.
We specialise in featuring local produce on our menus, including seafood from Lymington, wild mushrooms and venison sourced from within the New Forest plus locally foraged herbs and greens. You can often see our team hand-picking herbs from our gardens. New Park offers a range of dining experiences, be it with the whole family, a romantic meal for two, or a celebratory supper with friends.
Afternoon Tea and our Forest Menu
We serve a relaxed and extensive daily Forest menu – be it on our terrace on a warm summer’s day, in our Rufus Lounge in front of our cosy roaring fire or even from the privacy of your own room. Afternoon tea is a specialty at New Park Manor, ranging from a cream tea to traditional afternoon tea and even a champagne tea for those special occasions!
