Chef’s Private Dining Room
This room seats ten people, the perfect intimate setting for small groups of family and friends. This is ideally located close to the kitchen and is so named as Chef will often support the evening with discussions about the food being served and the source of the ingredients.
Stag Restaurant
During the day the Stags Restaurant has sun steaming through the windows and fine views over the gardens and the wildlife of the New Forest. In the evening the old master paintings and oak paneling create a sense of occasion. King Charles’ crest still hangs in this room and the room has true sense of style to match the delightful 2 AA rosette food served. Inidividual seating or a group booking for 30 people.
The Terrace
The bright and cheerful room leads directly out onto the ourside terrace and the gardens of the hotel. With low windows and a French door, this room is equally popular for family celebrations and private dining for corporate groups. Seating for 20 on one large table.
The Forest Suite
A modern room which enjoys open views from ceiling to floor windows and doors leading immediately onto the gardens overlooking the meadows and the forest. The whole suite can seat 80 people, or can be divided into two smaller rooms with a capacity of 40 in each room. A perfect setting for the smaller wedding or party.
