You will develop a complete working knowledge of the menu and any specials, and will also be able to answer customer queries quickly, knowledgeably and in a discreet manner in line with our high standards.
Attention to detail, a focus on customer care and an excellent work ethic are essential, and all applicants must have experience in a similar environment.
The hours of work are on a casual basis and depend on the seasonal demands of the business.

Luxury Family Hotels offers a fantastic range of activities for ages 3 months to 8 years and we’re looking for an Den Assistant to help keep these important people safe and happy.
You’ll need to have a childcare / playwork qualification to at least level 2 standards. If you are studying for your Level 2 we would also like to hear from you.
You love looking after and entertaining children of all ages and have experience working in an environment where children learn sports or play.
Friendly and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills, you stay calm whatever the situation and are not afraid to get your hands dirty (especially during our arts and crafts sessions).
Shifts include bank-holidays and weekends and contracts offered are Zero Hours.
